Lost Authenticator and Recovery Code – Cannot Log In (Free Account)

Hello TeamViewer Community / Support,

I cannot access my TeamViewer account because I lost the phone with my authenticator app and I no longer have the recovery code.

License type: Free
Last successful login: Not sure
Devices linked to account: Not sure

I have a new email address now, but I want to recover access to my old TeamViewer account (with my old email). Could you please confirm if there is any way to recover access?
