Hi teamviewer, I am being billed for an account I don’t have.
I was billed on 11th July.
I have tried to discuss with support but there is no one wishing to discuss as I cannot provide an invoice or verify via email.
I contacted the company I used to work for but they insist it is not related to them.
Where do I go now?
I’ve tried the helpline etc but because I have no customer details no one wishes to discuss. I have tried email to support etc.
