I have version 15.70 teamviewer free edition and when I connect to a device from my macbook pro (15.7) I can see the desktop from my macbook but when I connect from my desktop windows 11 I see a black screen to my macbook pro. Can someone help!
@kvphil In addition to the points mentioned by @Chisa_R, one major cause of a black screen when connecting to a Mac can be missing user consent for Screen Recording.
You can check the current status in Help > Check system access in TeamViewer. You could also go to System Settings > Privacy & Security > Screen & System Audio Recording and make sure TeamViewer is in that list and the switch next to it is on.
