NEED ASSISTANCE WITH ADDING MY PRINTER TO THE REMOTE COMPUTER.

I have a few users trying to remote print. Everything worked a week or so a go, but now it says it printing but nothing goes to the printer. It brings up the box to select your local printer. It even says received and printing in the bottom corner, but nothing. I have cleared queues. Team viewer printing is checked. I have not removed and reinstalled yet.
