This is my first post here, I am writing because I was not able to find it on this forum or online.
I would like to add an approval option for every connection I do when our users connects to a customer, I found this link but I can't see the Conditional Approval at my side:

Another thing I would like to understand as well is if I can change the written message for the user to confirm, what I would like to have is to have the end user's agreement in us connecting, collecting data, taking screenshots and etc.
