I’m new to this and really just want to have unattended remote control of my elderly mother-in-law’s Samsung galaxy tablet. I understand that to configure host I need to use MDM software. What I’m unsure of is whether I need permanent access to the MDM software of if it’s only needed to initially configure the tablet. It is a single user single device scenario and I don’t want to spend money on it!
