App login failing

When I try to login using the app it goes through all the motions, sends a notice to my email which I respond to to add as a trusted device, it then goes back to giving me the option to log in. I can login on my computer as well as the browser on my Samsung 25 Ultra. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall; both from Google play as well as the .apk file

Hi all,

I'm stuck with the same issue since a few weeks... My Android is up to date, smartphone restarted, tried with different default browser, app reinstalled and still locked in the app login loop...

Are you using the TeamViewer Remote Control app ?

→ yes, since quite a long time actually and it was working very well until now

page after entering your email address and password when attempting to sign in ?

→ once I entered the password and validated the connection from the browser page open by the app, I'm instantly redirected to the logging page of the app, same if I restart the logging procedure again, like a loop without end...

Hope the next release will solve that issue :)

We are sorry to hear about the login issue you are experiencing. I can see that you have already tried clearing the app cache and data, as well as reinstalling the TeamViewer Remote app.

Now, please restart your mobile device and ensure that the operating system is up to date.
Another step to try is setting Chrome as your default browser.

If the issue persists, please provide the following information:

Are you using the TeamViewer Remote Control app (there are other similar apps)?
Please share a screenshot of the page after entering your email address and password when attempting to sign in. If an error message appears, kindly include it.

I did just that and it did nothing. It's still not logging in. It logs in just fine using the browser, just not the app. I've gone as far as to uninstall it and install the .Apk directly from team viewer.

This usually means the app is stuck in a login loop, even though your account itself is fine. Since you can log in on a computer and in the phone browser, the issue is likely with the app data or permissions, not your account.

You can try clearing the app cache and data from phone settings, then restart the phone and log in again.
