Hi @altugi,
Welcome to the TeamViewer Community!
Thank you for your patience while we got back to you. Are you seeing a pop‑up from the operating system, similar to the one shown below?
If so, the issue may be related to the fact that TeamViewer’s support for Wayland is still experimental. Please refer to the information below for more details: TeamViewer Support on Wayland - Experimental State - TeamViewer Community If the operating system does not offer an option to remember your selection, the workaround is to switch to X11/Xorg. Please refer to the following article as a reference: https://www.teamviewer.com/en-au/global/support/knowledge-base/teamviewer-remote/download-and-installation/supported-operating-systems-for-teamviewer-remote/#:~:text=**Wayland%20is%20still%20experimental%2C%20and%20we%20are%20aware%20that%20many%20newer%20Linux%20Distributions%20(like%20Ubuntu%2025.04%20or%20Fedora%2042)%20default%20to%20it.%20For%20the%20best%20experience%2C%20X11/Xorg%20is%20recommended%20for%20incoming%20connections%20until%20Wayland%20is%20officially%20supported.
If this does not apply to your situation and you are referring to a different scenario, could you please share the exact prompt you are seeing? We hope this information is helpful! 😊 Best,
Chisa
