Using Quick Support both participants are "waiting for" the other.

Trying to use the Quick Support app to connect to a remote user. I start the session and send the user the invite, they follow the instructions to download the QS app etc. and get to the "Waiting for the user to start the session" pop up. On my side I am stuck at the "Waiting for Participant" screen.

There's no options on either end to proceed that I can see.

Any advice appreciated

First, please ensure that your TeamViewer Full Client is updated to the latest version. You can find the details here.

If both your local and remote devices are PCs, the following articles provide step‑by‑step instructions. Please try both connection methods - using the ID and password, and using a session link or session code - to see whether either option works.
