Phishing by conection asked by Teamviewer

Hello.

We have been the victim of a business phishing attack perpetrated by an attacker using TeamViewer. After reporting the incident to the Civil Guard, the only information we have is the TeamViewer ID used in the session. Could the TeamViewer team please provide us with the IP address of the attacker who used that connection?
