I'm beyond frustrated. I've used TV for many years without issue. Now all of a sudden my license doesn't show up and it thinks I only have the free version. Reached out to support and all they send me is the same stuff that shows up on knowledge base, but nowhere does it ask me to activate my license. I knew it was renewing in a week or so, so I thought maybe once my renewal went through it would work … it does not. Waste of money to renew for another year when I can't even use it the way I need to. Help please!
