I have experience the same thing as this other user did.
It's too bad that nobody cared to provide an answer for this man.
Long story short !
Yesterday 28th of March, I found that my account is just GONE !
All the managed devices (more than 20) GONE!
My account was tied to a corporate license, and after I re-created my account back, of course it was not tied to anything else, therefore, without a license I cannot even contact support !!
What a shame !
What should I do now, at this very moment… because I will be added back to corporate license not earlier than Monday 30rd of March, but until then I'm just hand tied, I cannot provide support to anybody that needs it.
This is so frustrating !
No email, no warnings, nothing, the account is just DELETED, not even blocked or something.
How do I regain all the managed list back?
