Difficultis to cancel licences related to a custormer id

Question

I have spent several hours this morning, trying to find a way to cancel all business licence related to our custemer number. Nothing works. I cannot send a ticket (i need to login to an active user).

The onl thing i got is uour Customer number (on previous invoice).

We needd to cancel all licences related to this number.

I'm not sur a got all the licence key, so we need from you all licence invoiced to our customer number.

How i contact someone to start the procedure ?  I cannot connect to any email to have used years ago… So i cannot start ant ticket.

Please help, i would became mad…

All cancellation requests must be processed via ticket, so in a case like yours, when you can't open a ticket, we advise calling our support teams directly for help with the ticket creation.
