Hi all
I was having problems with Teamviewer so I uninstalled it then downloaded the Host version from
https://www.teamviewer.com/en-au/download/portal/windows/
and re-installed Teamviewer. I used to have three logins for the free version of Teamviewer, one for home, one for my brother who lives in another town, and one for my in-law's who live in another town. I occasionally give my brother and in-laws technical support when they have problems with their PCs. After I reinstalled Teamviewer, the login email defaults to my brother's login email and I am unable to change it to my home login email. I assume Teamviewer just picked the last login I used which was my brother's.
I understand that three logins are not necessary and that I can just use the one login for all the relatives, but I'm trying to get back to my home login email to do this. Teamviewer will only let me login with my brother's email address. I have two questions:
- Does the free version of Teamviewer no longer support more than one login?
- How do I get back to using my home login email?
