Problem connecting, message session code expired, why doesn't it work for me?. I recently bought a single user license for TeamViewer remote access, access to up to 3 devices. You will see in the picture a red circle where I want to enter a number to connect remotely. And you will see in the second picture a window opens with a message saying session code expired. Why is this so?

With the Remote Access license, you may reset the device - one move per device per month. More information and discussion can be found in the post - NEW LICENSE: Use case-specific license for a fixed number of devices.

And they are busy. Can I make one of the 3 devices cancel one

And replace someone else with a new device?

How do I do this. Correctly?

Welcome to the TeamViewer Community!

I see that you have signed in the Remote Access license on TeamViewer, which it allows you to make outgoing connections to 3 endpoints. You may add the device first, same as below screenshot to input the device ID.
