We’ve been a loyal TeamViewer customer for well over a decade, and the platform has been a core part of our operations throughout that time. We’ve always valued the reliability and functionality it provides, which is why we’ve stayed with you for so long.
However, the current pricing—particularly for the Corporate plan—has become increasingly difficult for us to justify within our budget. While we want to continue using TeamViewer, the cost is now pushing us to seriously evaluate alternative solutions.
We’re reaching out to ask whether there are more affordable options, flexible plans, or loyalty considerations available for long-term customers like us. We would strongly prefer to stay with TeamViewer rather than switch, but if we can’t find a more sustainable pricing structure, we may be forced to move elsewhere.
We’d really appreciate any guidance or options you can provide.
