Problems with sorting hosts by name, showing hosts as online even though it is not enabled

Hi,
I'm having trouble sorting hosts by name in the latest TeamViewer on MacOS.
I don't see this option anywhere, and with dozens of hosts in multiple groups, it's a real hassle.

Another problem is that a host is shown as online even though it's offline. I've noticed this happens to a large number of hosts.

Another problem is that the group only shows hosts that are online (even those I can't connect to but are proudly green). I can't see offline hosts in this group; they're listed in one large group of offline hosts. This makes my work very difficult.

Has anyone encountered this problem?
Does anyone know how to solve it?

Thanks for reaching out to our Community!

Regarding the sort feature, please double-check if you're using the Advanced view, which allows sorting devices by name by clicking NAME as shown in the image below. The arrow icon will move up or down according to the alphabetical order.

The sorting feature is not available for the Basic view:

I checked internally about the issue with Hosts showing online when they are offline, and about the groups: It's advised to open a support ticket for further investigation with our support teams.
