Debist claim of unexplained amount or reason

I received a letter in my mail today claiming Debist GmbH is collecting [removed per Community Guidelines] euros from me in name of TeamViewer Germany GmbH, Bahnhofsplatz 2, 73233 Goeppingen

I have no subscription, I have no payment methods added for TeamViewer, I want this resolved asap.
