Not Connecting

Hi, I’ve been using TeamViewer for almost a two years now and never had any issues but since the past two days I haven’t been able to connect. I’ve only gotten this screen

I haven’t changed any of my settings, please help because I need to gain back access ASAP.

It has only worked when I had someone in the room login first but I’ve never had to have someone do that before. Please help me with this

After further investigation, we would highly appreciate it if you could let us know which TeamViewer versions are installed on both sides, as well as the exact version of the operating systems used on your local and remote devices.

If one of you is a licensed user, it would be very helpful if you could open a support ticket so our support team can take a closer look at the issue. When creating the ticket, please include the data collected via our Support Collector from both sides of the connection.
Once the ticket has been created, please share the ticket ID with me via private message.

yes I also have same issue. I am licensed user and I have paid subscription,

I have windows and from that I can connect to my remote Mac

but from Mac to Mac it doesn't work since 2 days

its get connected but I can see remote screen, its doesn't goes further this. picture attached.

Hi for both I know that they are on the latest version of TeamViewer 15.78.3

On my local I’m on Sequoia 15.7.7 and the remote is Sequoia 15, don’t remember the exact version because now I can’t login to see it.

Overnight before I left base, I let my remote Mac go to sleep. Therefore the screen is locked out.

Just tried to remote in from nine hours and 40 miles away and same not-working screen shows from the remote end. No point in me repeating the image here but it's the same.

Restarting does not help (save to the extent that it unlocks the screen and therefore TV can get in).

The only thing that does work is unlocking the remote locked screen - then its as normal, as standard, everything works - the only downside is that I have to travel home to unlock the remote end screen…….

Hi everyone. Its same goes to me here. I find this happened when i have all updated my MacOS version to the latest one. So now Teamviewer side the latest version crash with the new MacOS version. I couldn't connect too. Same as what your screenshot, stuck at the Starting Remote screen

yea but this just start happening. I used to be able to wake up the far end/host computer without me being in the same room. I’m miles away and used to get on without any problems. But since Saturday May 30th nothing. So I think it has to be the TeamViewer side that’s giving the issue. I haven’t updated my computer iOS or the other computer iOS

Me too, and only over the last weekend or so. It's driving me mad.

I THINK that its down to the Mac screen at the far end going into auto lock because

(a) nothing else changed at either end, and

(b) by sitting in the same room with the two machines next to each other on the same desk with the road-use Mac trying to get into the far end desktop-style Mac, its 'Lock Screen' on the far end that makes the difference.

The near end machine shows that the far end machine is 'online' and it connects through up to the following screen.

I really have tried everything that TV and Apple and ARDP offer, but no help .
