I use TV to help my Dad (who is about to turn 99). His computer runs Windows 10 with the extended support option enabled. Upgrading to Windows 11 is not an option. I have installed the full version of TV on his computer, because Quick Support asks for admin access every time he launches it which is confusing. I do not know how to fix that.
I use TV on a Mac, running Tahoe. I have TV 15.68.6 currently installed.
According to the TV supported OS page, support for Windows 10 ends Oct 2026. What will happen after that date? This is mission critical, there is no one locally who can help him with computer issues.
I will be visiting him in July, if there is anything I need to do to make sure TV continues working, that will be my opportunity to deal with it.
