Hi Carol,

Thank you for your support and assistance.

After contacting the account administrator, it turned out that the issue was that my Role needed to be modified as shown in the image you attached previously. After changing it from Employee to IT.Support, I was able to add managers to the devices.

Thanks for the video!

By analyzing it, there are two steps worth checking:

Verify if your TeamViewer is up-to-date with the latest version (Current version: 15.79.4)
Using the TeamViewer Remote interface, compare whether the users who aren't displaying have a role like the other users who display.
Go to Admin settings ➜ Users ➜Check the roles
If needed, click the user, and go to permissions overview ➜ assign the user a role via the Edit button.

I took a closer look at the images, and about image 2:

When you click Share as shown in the image above (both options could be used), it should open a pop-up for you to select the users you want to share the devices:

Is the pop-up not displaying, or just the users who aren't displaying on the search list?

Thank you for your response and cooperation, and I apologize for the delay in my reply.

I want to confirm that the device is managed by the company, as you can see in Image 1, and not by a user.

And regarding trying to add a manager through the new TeamViewer interface, I have already tried it previously. However, the names of the managers I want to add do not appear, as you can see in Image 2, unlike the Management Console as shown in Image 3.

Therefore, do you think that the issue I am facing, whether it is adding managers through the Management Console or the managers not appearing in the new interface is a permissions issue that needs to be granted to me by the account administrator, or is it a different issue?

Have you tried adding the manager using the new interface of TeamViewer Remote instead of the Management Console?
If not, please give it a try following the steps here:

Edit manager permissions on devices

Also, please double-check whether the device is managed by the company rather than a specific user.

Open TeamViewer Options.
In General, navigate to Managed this device.
Double-check who is managing the device. Make changes if needed, and click OK to save.

If the problem persists, contact our support teams directly via ticket.
