I have casually used Teamviewer over the last 10 years or so to remotely help friends and family here and there, but I recently upgraded most of the hardware in my windows PC and as such I assume my device ID or whatnot has changed. Because of this, I can't access my PC remotely through the mobile app like I used to. I can't seem to find any information on what to do from here, so any help is appreciated.
