My samsung tab3 works perfectly when used to control lg and samsung phones. But when i try to connect to an Alcatel Ideal i get " your partner did not confirm your query to view his/her screen" any help or guidence greatly appreciated!

    Thank you for your post.

    Unfortunately, we do not have full control for all android devices. It sounds like, that Alcatel Ideal is one of the device models, which are not supported.

    The list of fully supported manufacturer can be found here you are also able to submit a query for your device.
