Unable to Install Teamviewer

i would like to install Teamviewer to my Old Windows XP PC. but this have happen.

I have try to restart my PC/ Scan my pc but issue repeat.

I have the same issue down loading team viewer free version except i have a different error and i am working off windows vista home basic ERROR: the dl.teamviewer.com page is not working redirected too many times err_too_many_redirects
