QuickSupport for iOS (Mac) is not downloading the custom version. When you use the link to download the customized version the site is redirected to the TeamViewer home page.

Good Morning, I would like to know the situation of the solution to the problem I posted above. Mrs. Julia requested the links in private mode, was sent to her and so far I have not had a return. I await a solution!

I am having the same issue with our QS module it took me to teamviewers get.teamviewer page but nothing is downloading. I tried creating a new module to download but thats not working either.
