Remote Printing Problems

Hello,

I am having trouble when trying to print out of certain programs on the remote computer. I have remote printing on both systems but when I try to print from a certain program it does not print (I have the remote printer set as default). I contacted TeamViewer but they never contacted me back with a solution. Anyone else having this problem? Or anyone have any solutions?
