Hello, I updated today to the version of teamviewer 13.But I still want to use version 12 that has two channels.I want to leave other people using this version.How do I do? the license of 12 is not in my account anymore.

you can just assign your regular subscription license on the accounts of your users via the user management in the Management Console.

The chances are good that your license is a subscription and so, you can use your license always with the latest version of TeamViewer.
Just sign in with your account and it should work as expected.
