I live in the UK, my mother in the USA. She has switched to iphone after 7 years on a samsung. She is *batty* trying to figure it out at 82yrs old. LOL. Will teamviewer allow me to remotely access her phone? We used to use **Third Party Product** on the desktops and it was a godsend. She no longer has a laptop (too frustrating for her) and only the iphone. I have spent countless frustrating hours trying to *just* get her cellular data turned on (yup - she shut it off because she was afraid it would cost "extra"; but couldn't figure out why her phone wasn't working) I love her, but this may kill us both
