Cannot access main teamviewer account. Recovery code does not work

I currently cannot access my main Teamviewer account. I do not have access to the authentication code. I do have access to everything else, including a recovery code which does not work.

Try email to support team. Recently i had similar situation with essay-grader.com company. But they answer fast.
