TV14 not supported on iPhone5?

I've just updated various PC's to TV14 only to find that my aged iPhone 5c (10.3.3) won't download the new version.

Am I right in assuming that this phone is not going to be supported and I need to look at another phone

Thank you for your post.

Do you want to connect to your iPhone or from your iPhone to a remoce device?
If you want to connect from your iPhone to a device, TV 14 should work. If you want to connect to your iPhone, iOS 11 is required.

It is 10.3.3

As far as I was aware Apple stopped the 5c at 10.3.3 so I will take a look at options outside the Apple world.

if your phone is really an iphone 5c, you just need to update it to ios 12.x

But there is currently an issue with the new Teamviewer Quick Support app and the broadcast function of ios.
The Screen can currently not be shared.
