When connecting with my mobile application, Teamviewer says many times
Impossible to establish a connection check Internet etc ...
After about 5 trials the connection starts !
Could TV way a bit more when trying to connect ?

I recommend you to update TeamViewer to the latest version on both sides of the connection.
