Can't connect to android phone

Trying to help mom fix her phone. Had her install teamviewer quick support. I have Teamviewer 14 on my pc. Keep getting message she is not online when I try to connect. I have tried from the pc and also by going thru the website. Any idea why?

Make sure she is connected to the internet and that she gives you the right TeamViewer ID.
