I have installed quick support in sumsung mobile m30 (android pie) and trying to take remote of it from Oneplus 5t team viewer. I am getting below error while connecting in my one plus 5t.
Team viewer: connection failed, no route
I am able to take remote of lenova and motorola phones, which connected to same wifi. Could you please help me, if there are any special settings required for it.
