my remote control is disabled

pop up window says that " teamvieweris running old version which is out of date'.

And I tried to update to the latest version, but it is still disabled.

I even tried to install and reinstall, but it was not successful.

what do I do?

Please make sure both sides of the connections have the latest version of TeamViewer.
