I just got a bill reminder and I tried to get to the phone with teamviewer but sadly the line was bad. Sending a ticket seems imposible how can I contact support?

With regards to the support ticket, have you tried to submit a ticket from this page?
Before submitting the support ticket, please make sure that you have activated your license to your account. How to activate your license?
If your account reminds as free, you are not able to submit a ticket.
