Login into account not working on a Mac

On a Mac client it is not possible for me to log in with my credentials. When I try it on a different one it is working fine. I already completely deleted Teamviewer and installed it again. I always get the Message with the title "Computer and Contacts - Error" and then "E-Mail and Password could not be assigned to an account. But as I mentioned the login on the website and on a different client is working.
