CANT recovey password with Recovery KEY

I can recovery my password, 

i Put the mail here https://login.teamviewer.com/LogOn#lost-password

But when i access to the mail link, Answer me the security code. but i have not the Authenticatod Token.. I only have the Recovery KEY that Teamviewer generate to me when i activated the two-factor authentication

    The problem is when i access to recovery pass, dont apper "cant acces to code now"

    Hi Kaski,

    Thank you for your reply.

    For a password rest you need the 6-digit token if 2-factor-authentication is active for your account.

    Otherwise a reset is not possible.

    Even if you have Recovery Code? Is not possible reset the password?
