I am using a surface pro 4. No matter which device I connected, I only see a black screen. I have a another desktoop PC. There is no problem when I connect to any device use the same account. So I believe there is something wrong between my surface pro 4 and teamviewer.
I read the article "Why do I only see a black screen after connection establishment? "https://community.teamviewer.com/t5/Knowledge-Base/Why-do-I-only-see-a-black-screen-after-connection-establishment/ta-p/4773 . It doesn't solve my probelm.
I tried 1,reinstall lastest version teamviwer 2. update my video card driver 3.restore factory setting of my surface pro 4. But it is still not work.
