Failed connection between Mac and Windows

Hello friends
I have a problem that needs your help, that I am using a Mac and want to use the Teamview connection with my Windows device. But an error occurred when I successfully entered the security code and nothing happened. Are the two devices incompatible with each other?

Kindly check for your TeamViewer version and operating system compatibility and feel free to update your TeamViewer to the latest version.
