Can't connect to my beta TeamViewer

Hello!

Afeter my beta TeamViewer running on my PC updated today, I can't connect to it from my other PC running regular version 14.7.1965

Can you fix this, or should I instal regular version instead of beta?

    Hi @denis1973 

    I assume the beta version you installed is the beta of the new major release (TV 15). TeamViewer major releases are never backwards compatible with older versions, so you can't connect from a TV 14.x to a TV 15.x (but vice versa should be possible!).

    So either you install the beta also on your other PC, or you roll back the beta version to the regular one.

    Can I just "run over" TV Insider (beta) 15.0.7653 with TV 14.7.1965 and will it save all the settings from my current install?

    I didn't install TV Insider (beta) 15.0.7653 myself, but TV updates by it self.

    Can't remember ever being asked if I want the be tester...

    Could it be I "became" testers, because I had some feedback onec in the past?
