Thanks for your question.

Are you trying to connect with a permanent password saved in the TeamViewer Options or are you connecting via the random password shown on the TeamViewer application?

Here some tips for troubleshooting:

Is it possible that someone changed the permanent password?
Do you have capslock activated when typing the password?
Did you already change the random password and test the new one?
Did you type in the correct TeamViewer ID?
