Thanks for your question.
Are you trying to connect with a permanent password saved in the TeamViewer Options or are you connecting via the random password shown on the TeamViewer application?
Here some tips for troubleshooting:
- Is it possible that someone changed the permanent password?
- Do you have capslock activated when typing the password?
- Did you already change the random password and test the new one?
- Did you type in the correct TeamViewer ID?
