macOS always not ready

Hi every one,
I download and install TeamViewer which version is 15.1.3937. And my MBP system version is 10.13.6. I found TeamViewer always prompt not ready. The log shows "Error: 54 (Connection reset by peer" message. There is an entire log file in the attachment.
Hope someone can help me!
