Hello

I have TeamViewer 11 licensed (3 channels). I have an issue connecting with a remote PC that runs the Customized QuickSupport on Windows Server 2008 R2. The remote partner is online but I cannot connect: TV remains stuck on "Connessione in corso..."

This issue arised today 16/jan/2020.

I have no problem when the remote PC runs Windows 10 o Windows Server 2012  My PC is a Windows 10.

Is it something related to the operating system version?

Thanks a lot.

-Stefano

    Hi @LordBerry

    Thanks for your post.

Windows Server 2018 R2 is compatible with TeamViewer 8 - 15 (see also Which operating systems are supported? )

So - it should work. What TeamViewer version runs on the server?

    Thanks and best,

  • The server runs a Customized QuickSupport version 11

So if it is not about the operating system, what can it be?

    Hi Stefano,

this is hard to say. My recommendation would be to send the logfiles of the affected device to our support team (via ticket).

With this, you will get the definite answer :-)

    Thanks and best,
