Screen getting small

We have just started with the professional version.

One of our users have problems when she connect with her laptop at home to her office computer that the screen gets very small and imposible to work on.

She is the only one in the office having this problem

Any ideas what to do ?

Having more infos over computers specs like each side screen resolutions?  

(if the laptop works on FUll HD and the remote pc on 1024*768 resolution, the the window the laptop gets it will be smaller enough i think)

Is there any chance some computer using decreasing graphics size from control panel-> screen properties?

Anything else?
