Remote computer in sleep or hibernate mode, can I wake it up from my computer
I know the remote computer is connected to a network and is turned on but I can't access it. I figure it is in either sleep or hibernate mode. Is there a way to remotely wake it up so i can have access to it?
Thank you

Hello @IPA-4Teamviewer,
Thank you for your message.
To wake up a computer in speel or hiberate mode, you need to set up the Wake-On-Lan functionnality.
You will find all the information you need in our Knowledge Base article here: How does Wake-on-LAN (WOL) with TeamViewer work?
You will also find attached the manuel to set the Wake-On-Lan up.
Note: The hardware you are using has to be compatible with this functionnality. You will find more info here: Wake-on-LAN - Hardware requirements
I hope this could help. If not, do not hesitate to ask your questions here.
Cheers,
