Business license bought but never got the email with the license

i bought the license last night but i have still to receive the email with the license to activate it and its impossible to get in touch with support because my account is a ''free license'' type I want to be able to access what i purchased.

I've checked under your email you are using for your Community account, no license has been bought.

Have you used a different email address? If yes, please send it to me via private message, I'll check for you.
