Windows Server Policy Allow TeamViewer

I'm blocking all applications to run with the "User Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> System -> "Run only specified Windows applications". Now I want to allow Teamviewer to run.
I allowed TeamViewer.exe, tv_w32.exe and tv_x64.exe. Only teamviewer can't start.
How can I solve this problem?
