Where can I get help about blocked licence?

Hello,

due to misunderstanding in accounts our invoice was not paid and license got blocked. Now our invoice is paid over 7 days ago, but license still blocked. Cannot open ticket since license blocked, have called to Teamviewer support phone number whole day - no answer. Tried all other numbers on invoice - no one is answering. So how can i contact someone to resolve this issue?
