I submitted a ticket to cancel my subscription weeks ago and got no response. I thought that meant the subscription was canceled but then recently got another invoice in my email. I will not be paying that. I followed the directions to submit the ticket to cancel the SAME DAY that the account was created. If this is not taken care of, I will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General.
