I have lost the 16 digit recover code for my account (not this one) and want to either regain the account or get it deleted so I can re-register it under my primary email.

How can I get this done?

The issue is I don't have the recovery code. Or the device with authenticactor on it anymore. Can the account be deleted so I can reuse the email address? Who can do that?
